- Jean-Louis Brelet, Non-executive Director
Jean-Louis has worldwide responsibility for advanced architectures, new product definition and
strategic roadmaps at Xilinx, a semi-conductor company leader of programmable devices
(FPGA). Before joining Xilinx, Jean-Louis spent five years with the DASSAULT Electronique
Design Center in France, managing programmable devices (FPGA) and tools in across all
divisions and, prior to that, worked for ABB and GEC. Jean-Louis has an MBA from HEC and an
engineering degree from ESEO (France).
- Jean-Paul Deschamps, President and CEO
Co-founder, President and CEO. Jean- Paul was co-founder and VP Marketing of Norwood Systems,
a UK & Australian fixed mobile convergence start-up. Before that, Jean-Paul ran the hubs
business line at 3Com and developed the IP telephony strategy. Jean-Paul capitalises on a
solid business development experience acquired in semi-conductors with industry leaders such
as Texas Instruments and Thomson. Jean-Paul has an MBA from INSEAD and an engineering degree
from ENSEEIHT(France).
- Dr. John Forrest, Non-executive Director
John was a Director of 3i plc from 1996 to 2002 and now holds appointments as Chairman or Director
of a number of technology sector companies. John formed the communications company NTL, becoming its first
Chief Executive and later its Deputy Chairman. Before that, John was a Director of Engineering
at the Independent UK Broadcasting Authority and served at Marconi Defence Systems as a Technical
Director. John was also a Professor of Electronic Engineering at UCL with a research group in
microwaves and optics. Dr. Forrest has an MA from Cambridge and a DPhil from Oxford.
- Eric Poindessault, Non-executive Director
Eric used to work as an investment analyst at N.I. Partners, a subsidiary of Natixis Private
Equity focusing on large scale investments in growing companies. Prior to that, Eric was involved
in launching the first French-Chinese private equity investment fund with Cathay Capital PE and
also worked at the French Venture Capital Association (AFIC). Eric holds a master's degree from
EM Lyon business school (France).
