- Jean-Paul Deschamps
Co-founder, President and CEO. Jean- Paul was co-founder and VP Marketing of Norwood Systems,
a UK & Australian fixed mobile convergence start-up. Before that, Jean-Paul ran the hubs
business line at 3Com and developed the IP telephony strategy. Jean-Paul capitalises on a
solid business development experience acquired in semi-conductors with industry leaders such
as Texas Instruments and Thomson. Jean-Paul has an MBA from INSEAD and an engineering degree
from ENSEEIHT(France).
- Antonio Ramos, Chief Architect
Co-founder and Chief Architect. Antonio held technical expert positions at EQUANT/SITA
engineering divisions with responsibility over worldwide projects. Antonio has a telecom
engineering degree from ETSITV (Spain) and a MSc in Telematics.
- François de Vulpillieres
Co-founder. Francois currently runs network operations for a major
mobile operator and brings years of experience in the wireless industry, mainly with Nortel
Networks in North-America and France. Francois has a telecom engineering degree from INT
Paris and MBA from the Theseus Institute

which actively contributes to establishing 3Roam as a leading-edge company in its domain.
