3Roam has an open tool policy allowing the 3Roam products interoperate with the main network management platforms available on the market. In fact, all 3Roam products support the main protocols such as telnet, SSH, HTTP, SNMP Version 1 and 2. A 3Roam MIB is supported in order to enable the polling of the various operations parameters.
In order to monitor the equipment locally, a web interface is supplied, enabling fast access to all main real-time parameters such as RX power level, link throughput etc…
A log of some parameters is possible, showing the evolution on 15 minutes, one day or one week. The tool also includes alarms which ring the bell when failures are detected or service is deteriorated.Download pdf
